What foods actually help you feel better in menopause?

Menopause advice around food is everywhere, and most of it conflicts.
Some women swear by cutting sugar. Others feel worse doing that. Some feel better eating more protein. Others struggle with appetite at all.

What foods have genuinely helped you feel more stable, energized, or less symptomatic?
For me, I feel better when I focus on protein and greens.
