Anyone else notice food affects hot flashes or sleep?

I’ve noticed that certain foods and timing of meals can affect hot flashes, night sweats, and sleep quality.

Have you noticed patterns with caffeine, alcohol, sugar, late meals, or certain carbs?

For me, alcohol disrupts my sleep if I have more than 1 drink. 

Even small observations help someone else connect the dots.
